Wait & Load Rubbish Removal in Thamesmead

No room for a skip at your property in Thamesmead? Our wait and load service is the simple alternative. E & M Local Waste Clearance send a van and crew to your door, wait while you load, then take everything away for responsible disposal.

Nothing is left sitting on the road, so there’s no skip permit to apply for and no neighbours adding their own rubbish. It’s ideal for DIY projects, renovations, garden tidy-ups and clear-outs where the waste is ready to go.

How Our Wait and Load Service Works

1. Get a price: Send us photos on WhatsApp or give us a call and we’ll give you a price based on the volume and weight of your waste.

2. We arrive: Our van pulls up outside your property in Thamesmead at a time that suits you.

3. You load: You load the waste into the van while our crew waits. Need help? Just ask and our team will help you load.

4. We take it away: The waste goes straight to a licensed facility and we provide a waste transfer note.

A Cheaper Alternative to Skip Hire in Thamesmead

In many cases wait and load works out cheaper and easier than hiring a skip. You won’t need a council permit, your drive stays clear and nobody can fly-tip into it. You only pay for the waste we take away, priced on its volume and weight.

What can go in the van?
Most non-hazardous waste, such as builders’ rubble, timber, plasterboard, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, green waste and general household rubbish.

What we can’t take: We can’t take hazardous waste, including asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint.

Recycled, not dumped: As a licensed waste carrier we recycle up to 90% of what we collect and never fly-tip.
