Wait & Load Havering, RM1

Wait & Load Rubbish Removal in Havering

Need to get rid of a pile of waste in Havering but don’t have room for a skip? Our wait and load service is the simple alternative. E & M Local Waste Clearance send a van and crew to your door, wait while you load, then take everything away for responsible disposal.

Because nothing is left on the road, you won’t need a skip permit and nobody else can fill it up overnight. It suits renovations, DIY jobs, garden projects and clear-outs where the waste is already bagged or piled up.

How Wait & Load Works in Havering

1. Get a price: Send us photos on WhatsApp or give us a call and we’ll give you a price based on the volume and weight of your waste.

2. We arrive: Our van and crew arrive at your property in Havering at the agreed time.

3. You load: You load the van while our crew waits, and if you’d like a hand, our team can help load on request.

4. We take it away: We drive the waste to a licensed facility and give you a waste transfer note for your records.

A Cheaper Alternative to Skip Hire in Havering

Wait and load is often cheaper and less hassle than skip hire. You won’t need a council permit, your drive stays clear and nobody can fly-tip into it. You only pay for the waste we take away, priced on its volume and weight.

What can go in the van?
Most household, garden and builders’ waste, including rubble, timber, plasterboard, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, garden waste and general rubbish.

What we can’t take: Hazardous waste such as asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals and liquid paint.

Recycled, not dumped: As a licensed waste carrier we recycle up to 90% of what we collect and never fly-tip.
